We take a Press Release that you’ve written, and your preferred choice of anchor-text link & url, then signup, confirm & post your press release to sites that allow anchor-text backlinks. This can get hundreds (or sometimes thousands) of anchor-text backlinks over time through syndication of these sites. This is unlike the Press Release sites that you would normally submit your content to (Not like PRWeb, WebWire, etc. which you should still very much submit to!), the purpose of this particular Press Release distribution is for anchor-text backlinks (+ do-follow) and syndication.
